A Flexible Party Space, Indoors and Out

Every celebration is different, so we keep the format flexible around your plans. Whether you’re arranging a relaxed afternoon gathering, a formal family occasion or an evening party, we’ll adjust the details to suit you.

As a flexible party venue in Stanmore, the Gordon Lounge can adapt to your guest numbers and the shape of your event.

The room combines a sophisticated interior with an inviting veranda, giving guests plenty of space to relax and socialise. There’s also room to dance the night away in total comfort. Layouts can be customised too, so the room reflects the style of celebration you have in mind.

For more detail, see the room’s headline capacities and wider venue information on our Function Room Hire page.

Entertainment, Sound and Staging for Every Event

To keep your entertainment running smoothly, the Gordon Lounge is fully equipped with a premium sound system and dedicated staging.

This setup can accommodate live bands, DJs and performers, so you can shape the evening around the entertainment you want.

The room offers a dedicated setting away from a standard restaurant booking, giving your guests space to enjoy the occasion at their own pace. Speak to our team about your entertainment plans early on, and we’ll help arrange the sound and staging around your chosen format.

Catering and Drinks to Suit the Occasion

Choose food and drink to suit the style of your gathering. In addition, explore buffet, canape, seated and Indian menu options on our Function Catering page.

Please tell the team about dietary requirements and allergen questions as early as possible. Our staff can also help you choose wines and drinks to complement the menu.

The Golf Course as a Backdrop for Photos

The club’s grounds provide a scenic backdrop for photographs and time with your guests. Our manicured golf course offers a striking setting, whatever the occasion.

Popular spots include the course and the clubhouse exterior, though this will depend on club activity and the weather on the day. We recommend agreeing locations and timings with the team in advance, so you can make the most of the setting.

A Consultative Approach to Planning Your Party

The simplest way to begin is to share your preferred date, the type of celebration and your estimated guest numbers.
